- دراسة العقود المقدمة من المقاولين، وتحليلها، بالتنسيق مع دائرة المشتريات والعطاءات والجهات المعنية، ورفع التوصيات حولها إلى مدير الدائرة.
- التخطيط لتنفيذ مشاريع الجامعة المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية، وتحديد المدة الزمنية لتنفيذها، ومتابعة تنفيذها وفق الاتفاقيات المبرمة والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- متابعة عمل المقاولين في تنفيذ مشاريع الجامعة.
- متابعة أعمال الصيانة الشاملة للمباني بشكل دوري.
- متابعة الأعمال المتعلقة بتنفيذ الفحوصات المخبرية اللازمة-داخل الجامعة وخارجها- لتنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية.
- أن يكون حاصلاً على بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية.
·Key Responsibilities:
· Reviewing and evaluating contractor proposals in coordination with the Procurement and Tenders Department, as well as relevant entities, and submitting recommendations to the Department Director.
· Planning the execution of university infrastructure projects, establishing project timelines, and monitoring progress in accordance with signed agreements and approved specifications.
· Supervising contractor performance during the execution of university projects.
· Overseeing comprehensive periodic maintenance operations across university buildings.
· Managing the execution of required laboratory testing (both internal and external) for infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
